| Throughput | There is a $0.05 per additional MB/month of throughput over allowance for Shared sites. There is a $10.00 per additional 1GB/month of throughput over allowance for Dedicated sites |
| E-mail Accounts | Additional POP3 E-mail boxes or Email forwarding accounts are $2.00 per month. |
| Contract Commitment | For Dedicated Servers we require a 6 month commitment. Shared sites are on a month to month basis and will remain in effect until either party terminates/modifies the agreement by providing a 30 day notice to the other party. |
| Conditions | All services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You may only use our services and facilities in a manner which does not violate any applicable laws or regulations. You agree to respect the legal protection provided by copyright, trademark, licenses and other laws to programs, data and documents. We do not allow any "Adult" material and we reserve the right to restrict any material we deem to be sexually explicit or offensive. |
| Billing Options | All fees and related costs, will be billed each month, 30 days prior to the service period, and will be due upon receipt. For overdue items that necessitate collection activity you agree to be responsible for all costs of collection, including attorney fees. You further agree that your service may be interrupted for non-payment. |
| Set-Up Fees | We charge a set-up fee to cover the costs of setting up your web site on our servers. We will set up a web, install the FrontPage extensions and give you FTP access if you desire. We will manage a DNS (Domain Name Service) to point your domain name to our servers. If you already have a domain name we will initiate a change from your current hosting provider. |
| Secure Site(SSL) | There is a a yearly charge of $200 for the SSL secure Key. We use GeoTrust (www.GeoTrust.com) for all certificates. |
| Set-Up - Domain Registration | We will register a Domain Name for you. You can see if the Domain Name you are interested in is available at http://www.internic.net/cgi-bin/whois |
